What is Group Cycling?
Group Cycling is a great cardiovascular and lower body non-load bearing aerobic workout without the high impact of road running. The class takes place in our Dance Studio on static bikes which have variable resistance and have been specifically designed to deliver a maximum workout.
Sessions are led by a dedicated instructor who will be in control of what you are doing enabling you to push yourself in a group atmosphere.
You will have no problem with motivation in this class!
